In accordance with our store policy, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or accept returns once a product has been shipped and delivered.
We encourage customers to contact us before placing an order if they have any doubts or questions.
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at:

We will do our best to stop the shipment if the request is received in time. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the delivery service, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone. We will assess the situation and may offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
However, we do not guarantee replacements or refunds.
According to European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), buyers typically have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. However, this right can be limited under certain conditions, such as:

Sealed goods opened after delivery
